    4. The balance payment must be made before the start of the course or event.
    5. Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
      • The course is cancelled by Cambright.
      • The student’s visa application (if applicable) is rejected.
      • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days, supported by relevant documentation.
    6. Registration, material, or administrative fees are non-refundable.
