1. General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cambright.edu.my operated by Visionary Education Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia. Cambright International Language Centre is a brand owned and operated by Visionary Education Sdn Bhd.

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

2. Services

Cambright provides English language education services including but not limited to:

• Intensive English Courses (Cambridge Evolve methodology)
• IELTS Preparation Courses
• Speaking / Conversation Courses
• Student visa application assistance
• University pathway programmes

All courses are conducted at our premises in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and are subject to availability.

3. Enrolment & Payment

• Enrolment is confirmed upon completion of the placement test, submission of required documents, and full payment of fees.
• Course fees are as quoted at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to adjust fees for future terms.
• Payment may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at our campus.

4. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to general@cambright.edu.my.
• Before course commencement: Full refund of tuition fees minus an administrative fee of RM 200.
• After course commencement: No refunds will be issued once classes have commenced.
• Visa application fees paid to EMGS are non-refundable once submitted to the system.

5. Student Visa

Cambright assists international students with student visa applications through EMGS. Please note:

• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
• Cambright does not guarantee visa approval.
• Students are responsible for maintaining valid visa status throughout their studies.
• Violation of visa conditions may result in termination of enrolment.

6. Student Conduct

Students enrolled at Cambright are expected to:

• Maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80%
• Treat fellow students, staff, and property with respect
• Comply with all Malaysian laws and regulations
• Follow campus rules and guidelines

Cambright reserves the right to terminate enrolment for students who violate these conduct standards, with or without refund at management's discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of Visionary Education Sdn Bhd and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
