Convert international enquiries into enrolments and grow recruitment networks across Russian-, Arabic-, Japanese- and Korean-speaking markets. A target-driven role where high performers earn well above base through our incentive scheme.
What you’ll do 岗位职责
- Follow up and convert student enquiries into enrolments, hitting monthly targets
- Advise students on programs, study plans, accommodation and visa requirements
- Engage prospects across WhatsApp, phone, email and social media
- Guide each student end-to-end - from first enquiry to registration and arrival
- Develop education agents, referral partners and recruitment channels
- Expand networks in Russian-, Arabic-, Japanese- or Korean-speaking markets
- Keep accurate CRM records; work with marketing, academic and operations teams
What we look for 任职要求
- Fluency in Chinese; good command of English, written and spoken
- Experience in recruitment, education consulting, sales or service is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
- A genuine passion for international education and cross-cultural communication
